Villa Nolen is all about the airy and effortless Caribbean style. Vaulted ceilings and doorways create a spacious feeling, while the luxurious furnishings are contrasted with warm touches of local décor and detail. Enjoying an enviable location overlooking Grand Cul de Sac and its lively lagoon, Villa Nolen is situated for incredible adventures in St. Barts. There are several pristine and authentic beaches nearby, with shops a quick drive away. And when you fancy a night in town, both St. Jean and Gustavia are around 10–15 minutes by car.

Living Spaces: Through the typical arched doorways, the open main room at Villa Nolen is cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans. In this space is the cozy living room as well as the modern kitchen.

In the living room, plush gray sofas are ideal for collapsing in at the end of a day by the beach. Here, the elegant wooden furnishings enhance the island vibe, while the vaulted ceilings above help capture the fresh breezes washing through the open doors.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen at Villa Nolen is elegant and functional. A large breakfast bar separates it from the rest of the space, with stools to ensure that whoever is cooking can stay a part of the conversation or pre-dinner cocktail hour. High-end appliances contrast with the unique teal backsplash, mirroring the ocean views outside.

The dining table is right outside the main living space, located on the shaded terrace overlooking Grand Cul de Sac. A second dining table is on the opposite side of Villa Nolen, complete with a gas grill for island-style cookouts.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Nolen, tranquil and earthy spaces to recharge each evening. Classic island furnishings make it so that each space features a relaxing atmosphere.

The master bedroom is next to the living room, featuring a European king-sized bed, a large his-and-hers dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The other three bedrooms are on the lower level and can be accessed from both the parking area and pool side of the house.

The first bedroom has a European king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom connects and is shared with the kid’s room, featuring a pair of twins. This middle room also connects to the third room, which has a European king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Features: The large, shaded terrace in front of the villa is an ideal place to cool off and offers ample seating thanks to the outdoor living area. Gazing out at the tranquil ocean, you’ll easily slip into the relaxing pace of life on St. Barts as you lounge here. It’s also a nice place to entertain guests.

To the side, the terrace surrounds the gorgeous swimming pool, a tempting spot to jump in. There are loungers for sunbathing, and a plush daybed that’s an idyllic place to doze off in the afternoon sun. The entire area enjoys plenty of privacy thanks to the lush garden surrounding the home.

Amenities: Villa Nolen is an ideal villa for families with children and will also suit one or more couples vacationing together. This St. Barts villa comes with a range of amenities, including fast Wi-Fi, a Nespresso coffee machine, an outdoor shower, U.S. satellite TV, and Bluetooth speakers.
