Important Travel Information
for St. Tropez Vacations
Arrival
You need to notify WIMCO when you will be arriving in St Tropez so you can be picked up by the property manager.
When to Go
The rental period for St Tropez villas is by the week, with rentals starting on Saturdays. Some villas require a two-week rental during peak periods (July and August), with a surcharge added to the going rate for bookings of only one week.
July and August are peak season and villas fill up quickly. If you are interested in these popular months, we recommend that you book early (by December or January). May and June in the spring, then September and October in the fall, are enticing months to go. Prices are lower during these off-peak times, and there is considerably more flexibility with regard to the day of the week you choose to arrive and your length of stay.
Tipping
By law, all St Tropez restaurant bills will include a tip.
Electricity
France uses 220V/50H so make sure to bring an adapter if needed.
Language
French is the official language of St Tropez, but English is also widely spoken.
