Refurbished in 2018, the design of Villa Champagne Shores embraces the natural beauty of its surroundings. Custom interiors by New York designer Alexis Parent combine tropical details, texture, and color, enhancing those breathtaking ocean views.

Set on the shores of Pelican Bay on the south shore, guests are only a short drive away from the fabled restaurant row at Sandy Ground beach on the north shore The villa has a large private pool, and spacious grounds to relax in, however when one is looking for a change of pace, the world-famous beaches of Anguilla’s West End are a few minutes by car.

Living Spaces: A gorgeous and airy great room is at the center of Villa Champagne Shores, with a fresh and modern style and elegant furnishings. Here you’ll find a large sitting area, a separate lounge in front of the TV, and the dining room.

The elegant sitting area in the center is a fantastic spot to sink in and enjoy the ocean views. Glass doors open wide to the pool terrace, washing the space in the cool island breeze. For something cozier, why not pop on a movie and sink into the lounge in front of the TV?

Kitchen and Dining Room: Attached to the great room is the modern and gourmet kitchen. Featuring Travertine stone floors and state-of-the-art appliances, cooking here is a breeze. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

Back in the great room, an elegant dining table has seating for up to 10 guests, a fantastic choice for dinner parties in Champagne Shores Villa. For those who prefer alfresco dining, it’s as easy as whisking your plate outside where another dining table enjoys stunning views of St. Martin.

Bedrooms: Villa Champagne Shores offers five impeccably styled bedrooms, each offering a luxurious and comfortable spot to recharge.

Upstairs are four bedrooms. At either end are two master suites, each with a king-sized bed and its own furnished terrace. In the middle are two guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Every room on this level has large glass windows that capture those ocean views.

The fifth and final bedroom is on the main level, with a king-sized bed. For even more space, neighboring Beaches Edge Villa (booking code: AXA BEE) can be booked as well to create a luxurious 10-bedroom estate.

Outdoor Features: Stepping out of the great room delivers you onto a grand covered terrace, an ideal spot to lounge away in the shade. There’s an outdoor lounge area and a large sunbed, both comfortable spots to settle in with a cool drink or a good book. As the afternoon fades, the view of St. Martin twinkling to life is breathtaking.

A shallow pool on the covered terrace is ideal for kids, or for those adults who like to lounge in the water with a cocktail in hand. The larger pool is a refreshing spot to cool off during the day. Loungers lining the water let you bask in the island sun, while the entire area is cooled by the lovely Caribbean breeze.

Following the wooden pathway across the lawn leads you onto the private little beach. This small sweep of white sand and turquoise waters is fantastic for enjoying some quiet time. If you’re craving something more, the beaches of Anguilla’s West End are a few minutes away by car - as are the incredible restaurants.

Amenities: Villa Champagne Shores offers a wealth of amenities that make your stay incredible. This property also has a Jacuzzi, a gym, fast Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and an on-call concierge service.
