Villa Eva, (villa code: WV EVA) is a 5-bedroom villa with impressive views over Flamands Bay.

The villa consists of two levels with the living room and the sleek modern kitchen located on the main level and opens out onto the terrace with the heated pool, lounge area and outdoor dining for up to 10 guests.

Three of the bedrooms are also located on the ground floor around the pool with private terraces and are accessible from the outside.

The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and open onto a second terrace with breathtaking views.

All of the bedrooms are furnished with king beds which may be split into twin beds if needed, A/C, ensuite bathrooms as well as U.S. Satellite TV.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
