Villa Pallina, also known as MA PAL, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Magens/Peterborg within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa enjoys vistas of Magens Bay and spectacular sunsets from its sweeping terrace.

The interior has designer furnishings, cool marble floors, and artwork. The fully air-conditioned main level comprises a large, airy great room with high ceilings, a dining area, a well-equipped Siematic kitchen with granite countertops, and 3 bedrooms.

The spacious main-level master suite features a 4-poster king-size bed with matching chaise, a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with bidet, bathtub, and shower. On the other side of the great room are 2 bedrooms, which share a bathroom and have queen beds in each room. A powder room is also located in the nearby hallway.

An exterior staircase leads to the pool, hot tub, and a master suite, which has a king-size bed, a sitting room, a kitchenette, and private terrace overlooking the bay. Located just outside, along a columned pavilion, is the pool and sun deck with views.

This non-smoking property also has beach chairs, WiFi, a fax machine, gas grill, and Xbox with games. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving and Christmas and a $500 security deposit.

Villa Pallina, or MA PAL, comes with mid-week house cleaning service. Ask your villa specialist for detail. Photos compliments of Don Hebert.

    It was quite the vacation! The villa was amazing! The views of Magens Bay were breathtaking! The house was close to the golf course, so that was great for my husband and son! Everything was perfect!
