Villa Sandalwood House, also known as RL SAN, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within minutes of the beach and shopping. This recently renovated villa is situated on over an acre of landscaped gardens, which has more than 12 different types of palm trees, tropical flora, and fauna.

The comfortably furnished living room opens to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, which comfortably seats up to 8 guests. The nearby kitchen is well equipped.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has 300-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens and an ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor has 2 twin-size beds which can be pushed together for a king (ideal for children). The fifth and sixth bedrooms are located in the cottage, the fifth is a 2nd master with a king size bed and the sixth bedroom has 2 twin-size beds which can be pushed together for a king.

An open-air terrace and dining patio lead to the pool and heated Jacuzzi, which enjoys views of the 13th tee of the Old Nine golf course. The pool deck has 6 lounge chairs and a double day bed, which is ideal for sunbathing, and a covered gazebo.

This villa also comes with a barbeque, Direct TV, and WiFi. Guests also receive access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach and its sun lounges. This villa requires a $2,500 security deposit.

Villa Sandalwood House, or RL SAN, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
