Villa Heronetta, also known as RL HER, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Beach within steps of the beach, and minutes from shopping and golf courses. This large beachfront property presides over 4 acres of land with well-maintained English-style gardens.

The spacious living area is elegantly furnished and opens to 2 terraces. The living area shares its space with an indoor dining area. A second dining area is located underneath a covered terrace with ceiling fans. The well-equipped kitchen has a barbecue and long preparation island.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located in the main house, while the other 3 bedrooms are positioned in cottages near the main house.

A deck with loungers and umbrellas surrounds the large swimming pool, which has its own pool house. The nearby tennis courts have floodlights, which is ideal for night matches. This house also comes with high-speed Internet and WiFi, cable and satellite TV, a fax machine, barbecue, and its own private cabana on Sandy Lane Beach. A $500 security deposit is required.

Villa Heronetta, or RL HER, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
