Villa Crystal Springs, also known as BS CRY, is a 10-bedroom villa located in The Garden within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. Set on 1.7 acres on a cliff overlooking the sea, this villa has an elegant façade, stylish décor, and breathtaking ocean views.

Built in the 1940s, this estate was redesigned in the 1960s by famed stage and film designer Oliver Messel. The 12,000 sq. ft. residence comprises 6 buildings, which are connected by coral stone terraces and pathways. Tropical foliage, vibrant flora, and mature trees adorn the grounds. A natural gully runs through the property, while a sandy cove sits just below the main house.

The living room features large windows with panoramic views. The newly furbished home theatre with surround sound has leather reclining chairs for watching films, while the air-conditioned fitness center offers Techno gym equipment for working out.

The kitchen is well equipped with an industrial stove and wine cooler. A spacious covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area with seating for 12 guests. The nearby gazebo offers a second dining area, while a third dining table with a unique tree in the middle overlooks the ocean on a stone terrace.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has white cotton linens, elegant furnishings, local artwork, and views through large windows. Built-in cupboards provide ample closet space. The rooms are fitted with Jambox speakers by Jawbone. The ensuite Italian marble bathrooms offer Acqua Di Parma toiletries. Four of the bathrooms feature open-air showers.

The Annex, located adjacent to the main house, suspends over the sandy cove and has an oceanfront terrace with bar. A private stairway leads down to the beach with a cordoned-off swimming area. The heated infinity swimming pool is lined with chaise loungers, which is ideal for sunbathing. This non-smoking house also comes with cable and Apple TV, WiFi, a fax machine, barbecue, paddleboards, and a captained 18’ speedboat, which is equipped for waterskiing.

Villa Crystal Springs, or BS CRY, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
