Within minutes of several beaches, restaurants, and shopping, this villa enjoys magnificent vistas of Pillsbury Sound with the island of St. Thomas in the distance.

The cool and contemporary interiors feature a dazzling white color scheme, letting the tropical views do most of the talking. The Caribbean-chic style is enhanced by handsome wooden furnishings and natural elements in the décor.

Within minutes you could be lounging on the beach at Great Cruz Bay, or sampling some fresh seafood in a waterfront bar and grill. The village of Cruz Bay is only a few minutes away by car, while the pristine beaches of the North Shore can be reached within 5 minutes.

Living Spaces: Vaulted ceilings and a clean design define the villa’s great room, home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Spacious, bright, and breezy, it’s a comfortable gathering spot for your stay.

The living room in Villa Altagracia has a soft sofa and pair of armchairs for relaxing, enjoying the island breeze through the open doors. Next door is an entertainment room, with more sofas as well as a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Gorgeous handmade cabinetry and Rattan and bamboo furnishings continue with the beachy ambiance.

Kitchen and Dining Room: A wood-topped island with barstools separates the well-equipped kitchen from the great room. Altagracia’s kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a gourmet meal during your stay. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

The dining room table is a fantastic spot for a formal dinner party with family and friends. For those who prefer to dine alfresco, there are dining areas on the covered terrace and underneath a gazebo by the pool.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Altagracia, each with air-conditioning and a private ensuite.

The master suite has a king-sized bed and a large bathroom with a bidet and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also off the great room, with a king-sized bed and direct access to the covered terrace.

Descending downstairs reveals the other two bedrooms, both with two full-sized double beds.

Outdoor Features: From the great room, sliding glass doors open to the wide, covered veranda. A comfortable outdoor lounge area is an inviting spot to sink in with a cocktail, especially at sunset when hues of gold, pink, and purple unfold across the sky.

Stairs lead down to the sunny, lower-level terrace, where Altagracia Villa’s inviting swimming pool will be a highlight of your stay. Refreshing and cool, you could lounge in the water all day. When it’s time to dry off, there are plenty of loungers for sunbathing, scattered across the terrace.

Next to the pool is a garden gas grill area complete with a gorgeous wet bar made from stone. It’s an ideal locale to entertain – picture yourself shaking up a tropical cocktail in the fading afternoon, listening to the sizzle of freshly caught fish frying on the grill. Does it get much better than that?

The beach at the base of Great Cruz Bay is within walking distance, taking around 5 minutes to get there. The North Shore beaches can be reached by car within a 10-minutes, featuring soft white sand and sparkling turquoise waters.

Amenities: It’s the extra thought that makes your stay at Villa Altagracia one to remember. This non-smoking property also has beach accessories, cable TV channels, a hammock, and fast Wi-Fi. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests (additional person charges apply). Villa rates exclude a 12.5 percent government tax and $50 security deposit waiver.
