This gorgeous property is perched 50 feet above Pillsbury Sound and offers breathtaking panoramic views over the ocean and nearby islands.

The interior features Caribbean living at its very best. Vaulted ceilings of timber add an earthy, island touch, while natural stonework and Italian tiles complete the luxurious home. The open-plan design makes the most of its location, with incredible panoramic views over the ocean from almost every room.

Nestled in the hills above Great Cruz Bay, Villa Coqui offers peerless privacy while also being within easy distance of the village of Cruz Bay with its shops and restaurants. The beaches at Great Cruz Bay as well as the pristine North Shore are 5 minutes away.

Living Spaces: The spacious great room is decorated with colorful Caribbean prints and tropical accent pieces. Home to the living room, kitchen, and dining room, the whole space opens onto the wide deck facing the ocean. Throwing open the doors lets the cool island breeze wash through the entire home, encouraging you to slip into the island life.

The best place to do so is in the cozy living room, where natural light streams in through the windows. The gorgeous sofas offer a comfortable spot to sink in after a day of exploring the island, letting you gaze out over the ocean to your heart’s content.

Kitchen and Dining Room: On the other side of the great room is Villa Coqui’s kitchen. Whether you’re whipping up a fresh salad for lunch or a more elaborate gourmet dinner, the top-quality appliances here make it easy. The concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a night off, a private chef.

The indoor dining room table is a magnificent setting for dinners during your stay. Balmy alfresco dining is also available, with a table on the outdoor covered terrace overlooking the pool and ocean below.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at Coqui Villa, all of them spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Spread across the home, they’re ideal for recharging each evening.

The large master bedroom is on the upper level, with a king-sized bed and direct access to the terrace. Descending downstairs brings you to the other two bedrooms, accessed from the outside. Each room has a pair of twin beds and direct access to the pool terrace. All three bedrooms come with their own ensuite.

Outdoor Features: The upstairs terrace offers the best views in the house. As the sun begins to set, why not shake up a few punchy rum cocktails to admire the colors unfold across the island landscapes? There’s even a comfortable outdoor lounge for kicking back and enjoying the golden hour.

Downstairs, Villa Coqui’s swimming pool is surrounded by loungers. Languishing here all day is easy, diving into the water to cool off between sunbathing sessions. Surrounding the terrace is a lush, tropical garden, filled with vibrant bougainvillea, hibiscus, traveler palms, and other tropical plants.

For a day on the sand, the beach at Great Cruz Bay is easily accessible. However, the pristine North Shore is also a tempting prospect, with its protected coastline home to some of the most gorgeous beaches in the Caribbean. From Honeymoon Beach to the popular Trunk Beach, they’re all within an easy drive.

Amenities: Villa Coqui comes with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. This non-smoking property also has fast Wi-Fi, beach accessories, cable TV, a gas grill, and a washer and dryer.

Villa Coqui in St. John comes with mid-week house cleaning services – contact your villa specialist for more details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
