Villa Allegra, also known as BRV SAS, is a 5-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located only a short walk from a bus stop, which offers trips to Siena, and a 20-minute walk or short drive from Sovicille and its restaurants, café, and shops. Villa BRV SAS enjoys fantastic views of hills and vineyards.

The interior décor features antiques and fireplaces, while the exterior reflects a Tuscan design. Villa BRV SAS has 2,800 sq. ft. of living space and is built in the typical Tuscan style with local stones. The house offers 2 large living rooms, including one with a fireplace, library, and TV area. The well-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning oven opens to the elegant dining room. Cooking classes and demonstrations are available for guests.

Each air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with window screens. Three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the other 2 bedrooms have king-size beds. The main section of the house features 3 bedrooms located adjacent to each other. The other 2 bedrooms are located in a wing, which is accessed externally by a covered walkway.

A deck with ample lounge areas, including deck chairs, loungers, and sunbeds, surrounds the triangular-shaped swimming pool. This villa also comes with a fax machine, satellite TV, a washer and dryer and WiFi. Heating is available for an extra charge. A security deposit of €1,500 is due upon arrival in cash. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
