Villa Point of View, also known as RL PNT, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa enjoys spectacular sunsets and panoramic views of the west coast.

Two acres of immaculately manicured gardens complete with a lily pond and a bridge adorn the grounds. The large airy living room shares its space with a dining area that comfortably seats 10 guests and opens to a garden. A second dining area with seating for 8 guests is located underneath the covered terrace.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a king-size bed.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are located in a cottage away from the main house. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. This fifth bedroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub.

Loungers and tropical flowers surround the large pool in the west garden. The house also comes with 2 gazebos, high-speed Internet, a security alarm system, a fax machine, barbecue, and its own private beach cabana. A $500 security deposit is required.

Villa Point of View, or RL PNT, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
