Villa Aiola, also known as BRV AIO, is a 6-bedroom villa in Val d’Orcia, located 7 kilometers from Sarteano. Both Rome and Florence can be reached within an hour and a half by car or train.

This strikingly beautiful, restored country house is part of a 1,700-acre estate, which enjoys breathtaking views of Mount Amiata. Guests can enjoy walks and bike rides through the property’s private paths, or visit wineries in Cetona (7kms away). Golf, horseback riding, and the unspoiled medieval villa of San Casciano dei Bagni are all located nearby the property, which is ideal for private groups and family reunions.

The colorful, country-style décor features antiques and pieces of art. The interior comprises a reception hall, an elegant dining room, and a sitting room with satellite TV. The ground floor features a spacious living area, a billiards room with a ping-pong table, and a dining area with an open kitchen corner. This area has direct access to the garden.

The first floor features 4 bedrooms, while the ground floor provides 2 bedrooms with direct access to the garden. The master suite overlooking the pool offers a king-size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, while the third bedroom offers twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a private bathroom, and its own sitting room with a sofa bed (ideal for a nanny or child).

The pergola houses an outdoor dining area. A lawn surrounds the large swimming pool and nearby pool house. This villa also comes with WiFi, dial-up Internet access, a fax machine, and a chapel. While breezes cool the interior, 6 portable air-conditioning units available for approx.€350 per week. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. A €2,500 cash security deposit is required upon arrival.

First Floor: Purple and green bedroom with 2 twins sharing one adjacent bathroom and shower with bedroom #2. Bedroom can be closed off for privacy .

Bedroom 04

First Floor: Turquoise twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Has own sitting room with sofa bed - possible for nanny or child.

Ground Floor: Warm yellow queen size bedroom w/ large ensuite bathroom (tub w/ hand held fixed shower), independent access from garden.

Bedroom 06

Ground Floor: Red checkered bedroom with 2 twins (beds can be pushed together) w/ ensuite bathroom (tub w/ hand held fixed shower). Access via garden.

Dining Room

Elegant first floor dining room. There is a bathroom off the dining room with bathtub and hand held shower.

We loved every aspect of BRV AIO. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect; the living room very comfortable. We hung around the pool and the beautiful garden. Rita cooked wonderful meals with fresh vegetables from the garden.
