Villa Banxiana, also known as BRV BAN, is a 7-bedroom villa in Umbria, located 40 kilometers from San Casciano dei Bagni.

The vicinity offers numerous important art sites, including Montepulciano, BagnoVignone, Orvieto, Lago di Bolsena, Todi, Perugia, Chiusi, and S. Quirico d'Orcia. Horseback riding is also located nearby, while a golf course is within 1 hour and 30 minutes from the property.

This restored stone farmhouse is set in delightful gardens and provides extensive views of the countryside.The décor is unique with art and crafts from around the world. The ground floor houses several sitting areas. The unique winter garden is furnished for lounging with a wood-burning stove and seating for 6 guests.

This property sleeps 14 guests with options to accommodate 2 additional people. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while 2 bedrooms are situated on the first floor. Two bedrooms have small reading rooms, which can each hold a single bed. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The renovated annex houses the seventh bedroom, which does not have air-conditioning.

A large covered patio with tables and chairs offers an ideal setting for outdoor dining. A fence surrounds the swimming pool. This villa also comes with a barbecue, library, bocce court, fitness equipment, satellite TV, WiFi, and a sauna (additional costs apply). A €2200 security deposit is required. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
