Villa Impruneta, also known as BRV IMP, is an 6-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located just a short drive from the village of Impruneta and its shops, cafés, and restaurants.

Surrounded by olive groves, this 16th-century Tuscan country house is situated in a panoramic position atop a hill. The villa was recently renovated while retaining its original style and structure. Adjacent to the main house are 3 cottages. The main house comprises a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room with an antique table and seating for up to 10 guests.

The Impruneta estate features the main villa for up to 10 people and a small cottage that sleeps 2. Five air-conditioned bedrooms are located in the main house. The ground floor suite offers a small kitchenette area and access to the gardens The second bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds, while the other 3 bedrooms each has a queen-size bed or twin beds. One bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The two-floor stone cottage reflects a traditional decor with terracotta floors and country style furniture, and a fully-equipped kitchen, sitting room with corner fireplace on the ground floor. There’s a private courtyard with table for dining al fresco. On the 1st floor is a queen bedroom with A/C and view over the meadow, and a private tiled bathroom with shower.

The cottages share use of the swimming pool, table tennis, and billiards with the main house. This villa also comes with satellite TV, a piano, high-speed Internet, and a washer. The security deposit is €1,400 Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with check-in between 4 and 7pm, check out by 10am.

Villa Impruneta, or BRV IMP, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
