Villa Calliaqua, also known as AA CAQ, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Sugar Hill within minutes of the beach and shopping. Set in an acre of lush tropical gardens, this villa commands stunning views of the sea.

Inside the main house, the décor features ornate drapes and distinctive accent pieces. The living room is bright and comfortably furnished with a sofa and bamboo chairs. The covered terrace houses a stone coral dining table underneath a crystal chandelier.

Each air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. The third bedroom on this level has a queen-size bed and opens to the terrace. A fourth bedroom with a double bed is on the lower level. The fifth bedroom with a king-size bed is located in a self-contained cottage adjacent to the pool.

The upstairs terrace overlooks the ocean, while blooming Lady of the Night flowers surround the downstairs patio. Lights adorn the garden next to the pool and nearby gazebo. The house also comes with a barbecue, cable TV, and WiFi. A $500 security deposit is required.

Guests receive access to the Sugar Hill facilities, including the clubhouse, 2,000 sq. ft. negative edge pool, gym, and the world class David Lloyd Tennis Centre. Guests are also provided with membership at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, ideally situated on one of the west coast's most beautiful beaches and offering access to water sports, beach restaurants, as well as loungers, umbrellas and beach bar service. Use of the exclusive Fairmont Beach Club paired with Calliaqua's lush and cooling hilltop location makes for an unbeatable Barbados combination.

Villa Calliaqua, or AA CAQ, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
