Villa Rose of Sharon, also known as AA SHA, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within minutes of the beach and shopping.

The ground floor includes a large air-conditioned living room with overstuffed sofas and club chairs, and a separate dining room with a dark mahogany table and seating for 10 guests on white chairs. A renovated, well-equipped kitchen and breakfast area is located nearby. A second living area is located on the covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and tropical gardens.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of these bedrooms are master suites, each including a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The fourth bedroom features twin beds (ideal for children) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower only.

The additional 2 bedrooms are located in a recently built guest cottage across from the pool. This cottage has its own living room, TV and sitting room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds. Each ensuite bathroom in the cottage has a shower.

A well-equipped gym, located in a separate building, offers an ideal spot for working out. This house also comes with a barbecue, a fax machine, high-speed Internet, cable TV, WiFi, and a security alarm system. Guests receive access to a private cabana (with beach chairs) at Sandy Lane Beach. This villa requires a $500 security deposit.

Villa Rose of Sharon, or AA SHA, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
