Villas Kerithium & Astarte, also known as LIV KER, are combined for a total of 9-bedrooms on Mykonos, located a short walk from Kapari Beach, 1 kilometer from shops, and 3 kilometers from town.

The 2 properties share parking and a garden pathway, which leads to each villa’s private entrance and outdoor area.

The beautiful bean-shaped pool of Villa Kerethium is ideal for daytime entertainment with its large shaded pergola and bar.

A second beautiful infinity pool is found just steps above this terrace, where Villa Astarte is located, with it’s majestic outdoors dining area bearing amazing views, perfect for entertaining day & night the guests of both properties. A large bar, wood fire BBQ and a detached semi-professional kitchen complete the picture. The villas are elegantly appointed with a mix of contemporary pieces, white and beige fabrics, design lighting, complemented by the interesting Cycladic architecture that characterizes the indisputably fascinating style of this private villa complex.

There are five bedrooms in Villa Kerethium, with one being in the garden studio and four bedrooms in Astarte. Most of the bedrooms feature their own private outdoor spaces for added privacy.

Villa Kerethium enjoys a slightly elevated location just above its sister Villa Neptunea, allowing both for stunning views over Delos and deserved privacy. Villa Astarte finds space just above its sister Villa Kerethium, facing out towards the same scenic view of the Aegean’s turquoise waters and the sacred island of Delos. The idyllic location grants easy access to Agios Ioannis beach with its renowned tavernas and Kapari beach’s tranquil sands.

Villa Kerethium’s outdoor spaces span over two separate levels - the first in a waterfront location with its private pool and a duly fitted bar area. A second, spacious terrace stretches out the front door of the villa with an elegant dining table and stylish cabana-style sun beds facing towards the sea. Villa Astarte’s main terrace stretches out from the front door in a horizontal fashion, making the most of the stunning view while providing options for anytime of the day, be it the cozy sun beds, the charming dining table under the pergola or its adjacent bar and BBQ areas.

The combined properties offer an amazingly large venue for family and friends gathering, with plenty of space to enjoy together or in privacy a memorable vacation, just steps away from the sea, the beach and the buzzing Mykonos town.
