Villa Alta, also known as BRV ALT, is a 4-bedroom villa on the Amalfi Coast, located within steps of the beach and a short walk from dining and shopping in Positano. Nearby islands are easily accessible by boat or hydrofoil.

This elegant and traditional whitewashed Mediterranean villa enjoys panoramic views of the coast. From the main coastal road, a winding staircase leads to a large and spectacular terrace and garden, brimming with trees, statues, and flowering potted plants.

The spacious interiors are furnished with antiques and objets d'art, including bronze sculptures, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The double living area and dining room both have French doors, which open to the private terrace. The spacious, eat-in kitchen is well equipped with a barbecue. With central heating (additional costs apply) and a cozy fireplace, Villa BRV ALT is suitable to rent any time of the year.

This villa sleeps 8 people. The 2 ground floor bedrooms each have either a queen-size bed or twin beds, while the 2 upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms also open to a terrace with a breathtaking view. One bedroom features a cozy fireplace.

A stone terrace with loungers and umbrellas surrounds the swimming pool. This villa also comes with high-speed Internet, WiFi, and satellite TV. A fax machine is available for an additional cost. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

Villa Alta, or BRV ALT, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.

    This villa was a great experience. The housekepper was a gem, and the pool and terrace were great for relaxing in the sunshine and taking in the unbelievably beautiful views.
