Villa Borgo Bernardini, also known as CSL BOR, is a 12-bedroom villa located in Tuscany/Lucca within a 15-minute drive of the town of Lucca and a 30-minute drive of the city of Pisa and its airport. Located in the hills surrounding the ancient walled city of Lucca, this villa is an elegant Tuscan retreat immersed in ornamental ponds, antique fountains, courtyards and lemon-scented gardens.

Originally a wild boar hunting lodge in the early 19th century, CSL BOR was later expanded for Count Cosimo Bernardini’s estate workers. Modern restorations accentuate the inner courtyards with softly lit ancient walls. A time-forgotten atmosphere filled with weeping willows and formal gardens adorn the grounds.

Inside, the grand banquet room accommodates up to 20 guests underneath twin crystal chandeliers. Meals prepared in the large Tuscan kitchen can also be served in the formal dining room. A music room with fireplace, library, billiard room and wine tasting room with private collection of Tuscan wines all offer ideal spaces for entertaining guests.

This villa sleeps up to 24 guests. Two additional bedrooms are available upon request for a total of 14 bedrooms (accommodating up to 27 guests). Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (4 of the bathrooms feature Jacuzzi bathtubs). Eight bedrooms have king-size beds, while the remaining 4 bedrooms have either a king-size bed or twin beds in each room.

A well-equipped gym completes the interior. A lawn with loungers surrounds the pool, which is floodlit for night swims. This fully air-conditioned villa also comes with a barbecue, fax machine, satellite TV and WiFi. This rental requires a €3,000 security deposit, which is reimbursed after deducting any unpaid charges 14 days after the last day of visit. Christmas, New Year’s and Easter are considered the high season. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
