This luxurious property is within minutes of beaches, restaurants, and shopping, with excellent panoramic views over the ocean towards the island of St. Thomas.

A classic Caribbean property, Villa La Bella Vita features an earthy, island atmosphere, an open-plan design, and plenty of barefoot luxury. Spread over two levels, the elegant furnishings will make you feel immediately at home, with the spacious home lit by plenty of natural light.

Located in Virgin Grand Estates, this upscale residential neighborhood offers peace and privacy. The shops and restaurants of the village of Cruz Bay are a couple of minutes down the hill, while the North Shore beaches are within a 10-minute drive. This spectacular villa enjoys stunning sunsets year-round and constant trade winds.

Living Spaces: The upper level has a comfortable great room, which comprises a living area, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Vaulted ceilings of wood above match the rich mahogany tones in the furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming space.

The living room has several sofas and armchairs for sinking in and unwinding. Kicking back here lets you gaze out through the sliding glass doors, with the island of St. Thomas in the distance. If you feel like it, there’s also a flat-screen TV for a movie night inside.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The modern kitchen at Villa La Bella Vita was designed by a professional chef, so you know it will have everything you need for your stay. The concierge can help with grocery delivery or pre-stocking, or for a special occasion, a private chef.

A kitchen island with seating is a great spot for some fresh fruit or an espresso in the morning, or even a casual lunch. More formal meals with family and friends can be hosted at the dining room table, which has seating for up to eight guests. For those who prefer dining alfresco, there are also a couple of tables next to the pool.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa La Bella Vita, each with vibrant décor, an ensuite bathroom, and ocean views. There are two bedrooms on the main level, both with a four-poster king-sized bed and direct access to the veranda outside.

Descending downstairs to the pool level brings you to the other two bedrooms. One has a four-poster king-sized bed, while the other has a pair of twin beds that can be converted into a king.

For large groups, this villa can be combined with the neighboring Villa Vista Caribe (booking code: CT VIS) for a total of 8 bedrooms.

Outdoor Features: Life is best lived outside in the Caribbean, something that La Bella Vita takes to heart. The veranda on the main level is the best seat in the house for those sunset views, watching as the sky glows rosy gold and the nearby island of St. Thomas twinkles to life.

During the day, the downstairs pool terrace is the place to be. The inviting water is an easy way to cool off, while loungers let you sunbathe in the island rays. There’s also a wet bar here with bar stools, letting you shake up a cocktail or two during the day to really relax.

An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill also encourages you to host island-style cookouts during your stay. There’s nothing quite like the sizzle of fresh fish on the grill alongside the stunning views over the Caribbean.

For those craving a day on the sand, it’s hard to beat the North Shore. This protected stretch of coastline is home to some of the most pristine beaches in the Caribbean, with soft sands and inviting waters.
