Villa Paradise, also known as RIC PAR, is a 7-bedroom villa located in Blowing Point within steps of the beach. Set on 3.5 landscaped acres, this gated 7,000 sq. ft. seaside property enjoys breathtaking views of the ocean and neighboring islands. Built of white stucco and shaped like a yacht, this estate has been the privileged hideaway for celebrities and royalty alike.

The spacious living room located on the upper level area opens to 2 walkout terraces with stunning views. The state-of-the-art, well-equipped kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances housed in Miele cabinets and extensive granite worktops. Meals can be served inside in the formal dining room or outdoors near the pool.

The master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom is located on the upper level, which also houses 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other has twin beds. On the lower level is a self-contained apartment with a private entrance, kitchenette, and 4 bedrooms, including a 2-bedroom family suite. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has 2 queen-size beds.

Outside is a large swimming pool, which is adjacent to an oceanfront Jacuzzi. This villa also comes with cable TV, a computer with high-speed Internet, WiFi, a fax machine, games, 3 hammocks, fitness equipment, and snorkeling gear.

The home is located on 2 small beach coves, which come and go depending on the tides and weather. Access to the ocean and snorkeling areas are available off the private dock, down a half dozen steps, or via a short boat ride to nearby beaches. Sandy Point Beach is just a 3-minute boat ride away.

Villa Paradise, or RIC PAR, comes with daily house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
