Villa Maremmana, also known as BRV MNA, is a 7-bedroom villa located in the Maremma area of Tuscany. Family owned for more than 100 years, this villa has been carefully restored while preserving the farmhouse’s identity.

The extensive outdoor grounds reflect the architectural and landscape traditions of this part of Tuscany. The interior is decorated with a warm color palette. On the ground floor is a double entrance hall, which leads to a large living room with a central fireplace, a dining room with a fireplace, an office, a TV room, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The ground level also houses a laundry room and guest bathroom.

On the upper floor are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Fully air-conditioned, the bedrooms include 2 lavishly appointed master suites, each with a dressing room and large bathroom. The upper floor also features a billiards room and a large terrace overlooking the countryside. The seventh bedroom is located in a separate annex with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The annex also has a living room, TV and a kitchenette.

The outdoor areas are comfortably furnished. A lawn with loungers surrounds the swimming pool. The pool house offers a Turkish bath and outdoor table tennis. The magnificent grounds extend over 485 hectares of Tuscan countryside, which features big cork oaks, small streams, and lovely lakes.

For sailing enthusiasts, trips on the estate’s yacht to Tuscan islands can be arranged. A nearby horseback-riding center offers guided excursions, while beaches on the Maremman coast are only a half an hour away by car. Day trip are possible to Punta Ala and the major art cities of Siena, Pisa, and Florence. A security deposit of €3,000 is due in cash upon arrival.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
