Villa Landfall House, also known as LFA LAN, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 2-story beachfront property enjoys views of the Caribbean Sea and lush gardens.

An arched doorway opens to a central courtyard with cascading tropical flowers and a bubbling fountain. The ground floor comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a gazebo dining room, an air-conditioned bar with sitting area, office, and well-equipped kitchen. An air-conditioned TV room with comfortable seating is located upstairs.

The master bedroom located upstairs has a king-size bed or twin beds, an ensuite bathroom, and view of Sandy Lane Beach. Three more bedrooms are located upstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms with tubs and showers. Two bedrooms have king-size beds or twin beds, while 1 bedroom has a queen-size bed. Two air-conditioned bedrooms are located downstairs and have king-size beds or twin beds and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.

A deck with loungers surrounds the large, infinity edge pool and separate heated Jacuzzi. Located nearby is a barbecue and adjacent beachside gazebo. The pool terrace features a sunken seating area, which leads to the air-conditioned bar. This non-smoking villa also comes with high-speed Internet and an iPod docking station.

Additional staff charges may apply for parties of 14 or more. This rental requires a security deposit of $1,500.

Upon request, arrangements can be made for you to be met at the Airport by a taxi which will take you to Landfall and take you back to the Airport at the end of your holiday. The cost of this service ranges approximately from US$80 - $200 per taxi each way depending on the number of people & luggage in the party.

Villa Landfall House, or LFA LAN, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
