TNC GUM in Provo, Turks and Caicos, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. TNC GUM is situated in the highly desirable Turtle Cove area, fronting directly on the Turtle Cove Canal, at the footpath to Grace Bay Beach - literally a 2-minute walk from your front door to the magnificent white sandy beach!

Two of the bedrooms in TNC GRA are upstairs in the main living part of the villa. The 3rd bedroom is a separate suite, located just off the pool at terrace level. Gumbo may be rented as a 2-bdrm (just the upstairs) or as a 3-bdrm (both up and down). The upper floor's bedrooms include one with king bed, Italian tile floors and beamed ceiling, and another with a double bed. The downstairs suite also has king bed. All 3 bedrooms at TNC GUN have TV as well as private bathroom.

As is quite typical for the Caribbean and particularly the British West Indies, the living, dining & kitchen are combined, generating a feeling of light and space. TNC GUM has a TV in the comfortable living area of the main part of the house. The bright kitchen has all the modern appliances you could need during your vacation as well as a generous breakfast bar. This villa also has a washer/dryer, outside barbecue grill, open decks, covered decks, and great views of the sea from the upper level.

A delightful swimming pool, gazebo and coral stone terrace are all set amid palm trees and tropical landscaping. TNC GUM also shares a boat dock with Limbo Cottage directly on the Turtle Cove Canal (all other villa facilities are 100% private). Gumbo Cottage is a 5-minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina, with several restaurants, boat facilities, bike rentals etc.

Villa TNC GUM is also referred to as villa Gumbo.

NOTE: Air conditioning is metered to discourage use with doors/windows open, and not expensive if used judiciously. Guests are given the first $150/week usage, after which is per kilowatt hour at market price (separate, easy-to-read, digital meter for monitoring usage). Villa has 2 separate a/c systems, so only need to cool certain parts as needed. The property gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the a/c allotment.
