Villa "On The Rocks," also known as MAV OTR, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Walk/The Baths within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. Nestled among giant boulders and tropical shade trees, this villa has 3 circular pavilions.

The main pavilion, with French doors opening to the view, houses the great room, which comprises a living and dining area, and open-plan gourmet kitchen with curved granite counters. Travertine floors, a semi-circular wooden ceiling, sink-into sofas, West Indies colonial-style décor, and original art photography by the owner complete the main pavilion. Just outside is a covered dining patio with a marble dining table facing the sea, a built-in grill, and hammock.

The main pavilion also houses the Rising Sun Suite, which has a 4-poster king-size bed swathed in netting and French doors opening onto a garden patio. The bathroom has twin sinks and an outdoor shower set in lush landscaping. Alongside the pool is a 2-story guest pavilion with 2 bedrooms on each level, connected by a curved staircase. Each bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool.

A stone walkway leads from the main villa to another separate pavilion, which has twin beds (or a king-size bed with advance notice),a garden shower, and French doors opening onto a patio with hammock and chairs overlooking the gardens. A coralstone terrace leads to the unique swimming pool, which is built around smooth boulders and boasts fiber-optic lighting. A water feature cascades from a large rock into the pool.

This non-smoking property also comes with beach chairs, cable TV, a charcoal barbecue, snorkeling gear, WiFi, and EO organic body care products. Guests receive complimentary snacks and tropical fruit punch upon arrival. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving and a $1,000 security deposit, and may be combined with nearby Villa MAV SOL for larger parties.

Villa "On The Rocks," or MAV OTR, comes with house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Photos compliments of Don Hebert.

    On the Rocks was wonderful! It was a great location and had everything we needed, plus more. The home was beautiful and well-maintained, while the staff were caring and attentive. And of coarse, the island Virgin Gorda was a gem.
