Luxurious and modern, this villa enjoys panoramic views to the south, and is within a short walk of a small beach.

The spacious bi-level layout features an exquisite design. Sunny terraces and gorgeous breezeways connect the ample living spaces, creating a sublime mix of indoor and outdoor living. Inside is Caribbean-chic; expect wooden accents in the furnishings, old-world antiques, and plenty of space to relax.

As part of the exclusive residential enclave above Klein Bay, Ami La Vita Villa offers peerless privacy. A private rocky beach is within walking distance, ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The restaurants and shops at Cruz Bay are a 5-minute drive.

Living Spaces: The spacious great room is home to the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Glass sliding doors open onto the veranda, where you can enjoy the incredible view over the bay. Accents of sea-blue in the furnishings mirror the water outside, creating a tranquil and soothing ambiance.

The living room features soft sofas, ideal spots to sink in and unwind. Whether you’re settling in with a good book or gazing out at the sparkling Caribbean, this is the spot. A flat-screen TV also lets you enjoy cozy nights inside with a movie.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The well-equipped kitchen at Ami La Vita Villa features everything you’ll need to whip up gourmet meals during your stay. The concierge can even organize a grocery pre-stocking or delivery. And if you feel like a night off, why not ask us about arranging a private chef?

An elegant indoor dining table makes for a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal with family and friends. For those who prefer dining alfresco, there’s also a dining table on the outdoor terrace.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Ami La Vita. Luxurious furnishings, ocean views, and bright ocean décor make them great spots to recharge each evening.

Just beyond the kitchen is the first bedroom, featuring a plush queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. A private balcony lets you wake up each morning and gaze out at the view, watching as the island stirs to life.

On the opposite end of the entrance breezeway is the second bedroom, with a four-poster queen-sized bed, ensuite, and another balcony.

The final two bedrooms are on the lower level. One has a queen-sized bed, the other a pair of twins (can be configured to have a king). These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom between them, and both open onto a terrace that leads to the pool.

Outdoor Features: Outside the great room, the covered terrace area features a gorgeous dining area with panoramic island views. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail hour, watching as the fading light casts hues of rosy gold across the water.

The downstairs terrace at Villa Ami La Vita is home to the 27 ft. long swimming pool, an inviting place for a dip. Lining the water are loungers, making it easy to sunbathe, dive into a good book, or get some work done poolside. A full wet bar also lets you shake up your own tropical cocktail.

If the open ocean calls, a private path leads to a secluded beach on the bay, ideal for swimming or snorkeling. The sand at Great Cruz Bay is only a 5-minute drive, with the pristine North Shore beaches just 5 minutes further.

Amenities: The fully air-conditioned Villa Ami La Vita also comes with fast Wi-Fi, beach accessories, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and a washer and dryer. This non-smoking property is located near Villa Latitude (CT LAT) and Villa Morningside (CT MOR) if you’re traveling in a larger group. Please note that the villa’s rates exclude a $50 security deposit waiver.

Villa Ami La Vita in St. John comes with mid-week house cleaning services – contact your villa specialist for more details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
