Villa Stanford House, also known as AA STA, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Polo Ridge within minutes of the beach and shopping. Commanding an elevated position, this property across from the Barbados Polo Club offers magnificent views of the west coast and sea beyond.

This fully air-conditioned, 1-level villa has a central reception area, which is accessed via an open walkway, front porch, and entrance foyer. A spectacular 8-ft.-long aquarium separates the open-plan lounge and media room. The lounge offers direct access to the pool terrace. Off the well-equipped kitchen is a covered parking space for 2 vehicles adjacent to a generous open parking area.

The extremely spacious master bedroom suite incorporates a seating area, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom with modern fixtures, a Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower. Three other guest bedrooms are located in the main house, all with ensuite bathrooms and generous closets. Located in the garden is a self-contained guest cottage with a private terrace and western views.

Directly off the terrace with a full bar and seating area is the large infinity-edged swimming pool. The grounds also feature a large Jacuzzi set within its own pool, a dining gazebo, a covered barbecue area with full wet bar, and a further seating area beneath a domed Romanesque gazebo (imported from Italy), which is covered with sparkling fairy lights and complemented by stunning water features, statues, and sun loungers.

Lushly planted gardens with mature palms surround the grounds. This non-smoking property also comes with cable TV, an iPod docking station, washer and dryer, and WiFi. The staff includes a full-time butler, cook, gardener, maid, and laundress.

Villa Stanford House, or AA STA, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
