Spread across 2 buildings, this luxurious property offers peerless privacy amongst lush tropical landscapes. Capturing stunning ocean views from each room, you’ll feel as if you’re on your own private island. Colorful sea-themed décor and vibrant island furnishings only elevate the beach-chic atmosphere.

Outside, a spacious deck wraps around the Reef Beach House, offering plenty of space to soak up the island sun. Nestled away by rustling palms and tropical foliage, you’ll love the feeling of seclusion. Seconds away is the white shore and crystalline waters of Grace Bay Beach, while nearby Turtle Cove has waterfront restaurants and boutique shops.

Living Room: A living room with bright, cheerful décor is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Large windows look out onto the deck, with a lush emerald garden and glimmering Caribbean beyond. Opening them lets in the salty breeze, infusing the entire space with more beachy vibes.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa Reef Beach House has a modest kitchen that provides an easy space to create delicious and fresh meals during your stay. Our on-island concierge service can even organize grocery delivery or a private chef for special occasions.

Seats around the kitchen island make for a good spot for a casual breakfast before ducking out for a dip in the pool. The indoor dining area is great for everything from long dinners to late-night games after the sun has gone down.

Villa Reef Beach House also has an outdoor dining area, with seating for up to 6 guests. Backdropped by stunning ocean views, you’ll love eating and drinking here and watching as the balmy island sunset sends hues of fiery orange across the sky.

Bedrooms: There are a total of 4 bedrooms at Villa Reef Beach House; 2 in the main house, and 2 in the guest villa.

The master suite in the main house enjoys a king-sized bed and a comfortable seating area, great for relaxing in privacy. Another bedroom in this house has a queen-sized bed with a private terrace overlooking the ocean. Both have luxurious ensuite bathrooms.

In the guest villa, one bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other a queen. Both share access to one bathroom. This building also has a small kitchenette, perfect for more casual meals.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside Villa Reef Beach House brings you onto the large outdoor deck. Surrounding an inviting pool are reclining loungers, letting you sunbathe or settle in with a good book in style. If it gets too warm, rolling off for a refreshing dip in the pool is easy.

Exploring the exotic tropical gardens is a beautiful way to spend an afternoon. A hammock in the garden is a comfortable spot to set up, with the gentle waves of the nearby ocean lulling you into a state of pure bliss.

On the beach, the perfect white sand stretches for miles in either direction. Turquoise waters lap at the shore, inviting you in for a dip; beautiful and warm, you’ll never want to leave. The snorkeling is also amazing thanks to the famous Smith’s Reef just offshore. One of the best snorkeling spots in all of Turks and Caicos, diving in here reveals colorful fish and a vibrant coral reef.

Amenities: The simple beach life also comes with lots of luxuries. There’s fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, a washer and dryer, stereo for music, and games like Backgammon, Scrabble, and darts.

There’s also air-conditioning in the house, although with the trade winds gently blowing in from the ocean, you’ll rarely need to use it. To discourage use with the doors and windows open, the air-conditioning is metered; guests are allotted the first $150 each week, after which it’s charged at the market rate.

Villa Reef Beach House also comes with mid-week house cleaning services – contact your villa specialist for more details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
