Villa Le Palme, also known as BRV PME, is a 5-bedroom villa on the Sorrento Coast, located a short walk from the city center and 30 minutes from Positano. This elegant villa boasts a quiet garden with Mediterranean vegetation. This modern, loft-inspired villa has several levels.

The interior features several living areas, all beautifully and tastefully furnished. The main entrance leads to the left to a spacious lounge, study, dining room, and music room. A well-equipped kitchen, second dining room, and lounge area are all located to the right of the entrance.

The air-conditioned master bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. The other 4 bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, which can be converted into twin beds. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub.

This villa sleeps up to 10 guests. The spacious patio is furnished for outdoor dining. A ladder leads into the above ground swimming pool, which is partially shaded. Located nearby is a lounge area with chairs and an outdoor shower. This gated property has been built on several levels, making it the ideal place for large families and groups.

This non-smoking villa also comes with a fireplace, a piano, fitness equipment, screens, a washer and dryer, a gas grill, satellite TV, WiFi and parking for 2 cars. This property is within walking distance of a tennis court. Laundry and ironing services are included. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of €1,500 is due in cash upon arrival.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
