Lush, landscaped gardens, stone pathways, and outdoor patios adorn the grounds. Inside, the interiors pay tribute to North Africa. Rugs adorn the walls, artifacts from Morocco occupy shelves, and geometric patterns in cushions, artworks, and décor echo a vibrant Moroccan-style villa.

Sapodilla Bay Beach is only a few steps away, with soft sands and sparkling turquoise waters. On the opposite shore of the peninsula where the villa is located lies Chalk Sound nature reserve, an expansive lagoon dotted with rocky islands that’s ripe for exploring.

Living Spaces: The entryway leads you into Villa La Koubba’s grand sitting room. Soaring ceilings above capture the natural light flowing in from the oceanfront patio, while the décor does wonders with its Moroccan theme.

There’s a central sitting area with a TV, as well as a table for meals. A low-lying glass table makes an atmospheric spot for a cup of tea or coffee, admiring the ornate vases and gorgeous rugs on the walls.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa La Koubba’s gourmet kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up meals during your stay. To make things easy, the concierge can organize a grocery delivery, catered meal, or a private chef for a special occasion.

A breakfast bar is nice for a casual bite to eat in the morning, while next to the kitchen is another table for casual meals. The formal dining room has a large and elegant dining table with seating for up to ten guests.

You can also enjoy your food just outside on the covered terrace, enjoying the island breeze. There’s yet another dining table in the garden next to the gas grill, making it easy to host an island-style cookout. There’s nothing like frying up some fresh fish while the sun sets above.

Bedrooms: There are 7 bedrooms at Villa La Koubba, making it a fantastic choice for a family gathering or getaway with friends.

The master bedroom suite on the ground level has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. A second bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, adjoining bathroom, and garden views.

Two staircases branch out from the main level hallway and lead upstairs to four more bedrooms, each with a private balcony. Three of these bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds.

La Koubba Villa also has a guest cottage with a separate entrance from the front courtyard. This cottage has a bedroom with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a living and dining area with cable TV, a kitchen, and a private patio. The guesthouse is only rented with the main villa and not separately.

Outdoor Features: Sliding the glass doors open from the living room reveals the covered terrace, with cushioned sofas ideal for soaking up the island breeze. A deck with sun loungers surrounds the pool, making this a tempting spot to lounge away the day.

As you follow the path down towards the beach, a waterfront gazebo with more sunbeds offers a fantastic spot to relax with a drink, gazing out over the shimmering ocean. Below, the striking turquoise waters lap at the white shores, tempting you in for a dip.

A 3-minute walk to the north brings you to Chalk Sound, a nature reserve and expansive lagoon. It’s a great place to take the provided kayaks out for a spin, getting up close to the small islands where Turks and Caicos rock iguanas laze in the sun. When you’re done, why not try out the popular restaurant Las Brisas overlooking the water?

Amenities: Luxurious amenities help make your stay at Villa La Koubba incredible. This house also has gated entry, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning for an additional charge. Grocery provisioning, babysitting, and other services are arranged upon request.

Villa La Koubba in Providenciales comes with mid-week house cleaning services – contact your villa specialist for details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
