Villa Colli, also known as BRV COL, is a 5-bedroom villa in the Chianti region of Tuscany, located just a 10-minute drive from Lecchi. This 400-year-old farmhouse is nestled on a 2-hectare estate in the hills and enjoys breathtaking views of the countryside. This estate is ideal for touring the wine region or taking day trips to medieval towns.

Villa BRV COL was recently renovated while maintaining its original architectural features. The interior features contemporary pieces and handmade tiles. Splashes of color and a mixture of textures add a modern twist. The formal living room features a large stone fireplace and several large sofas, which is ideal for gatherings. A second smaller living room with a large flat screen TV offers several sofas and armchairs.

The ground floor flows around an open internal courtyard furnished with a dining table with an umbrella and seating for up to 10 guests. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows has a dining table that accommodates 10 people. An archway opens to an airy entrance hall, which leads to a billiards room and well-equipped gym.

This villa sleeps up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has luxurious linens and an ensuite bathroom with shower (2 bathrooms have an additional tub). Four bedrooms, including the master bedroom on the ground floor, are furnished with queen-size beds. One bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted into a queen-size bed.

Two hectares of manicured lawns and gardens adorn the grounds. A terrace with cushioned loungers surrounds the beautiful infinity edge pool, which looks out over the Tuscan countryside. This villa also comes with a barbecue, a movie library, satellite TV, iPod docking stations, WiFi and use of a computer. This villa requires a €1,500 security deposit.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
