Villa Steele Point, also known as PRE STE, is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in West End within minutes of the beach and shopping. Featured in "Architectural Digest," this villa is a landmark for yachtsmen plying the waters between the United States and British Virgin Islands.

The property is situated on a gated 8-acre peninsula with panoramic sunset ocean views. The top garden level features patios with a grill, courtyard, a spacious living area, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, and the firstbedroom. The well-equipped kitchen is bright with skylights above. The dining deck extends 10 feet with an enclosed area, which comfortably seats 10 guests.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. Below the garden level is the master suite with a steam room, walk-in closet, and private sunbathing deck. Down another level (just above the sea) are the third and fourth bedroom suites. Private stone terraces and balconies flank each bedroom and catch the cool sea breezes. The fifth suite is located on a separate cliff-side pavilion.

The expansive dock area is sheltered with sun decks (one in a very secluded sandy nook), and has ladders descending to swimming and snorkeling areas. This house also has a pool, cable TV, WiFi, a gas grill, fax machine (incoming only), and snorkeling gear. This rental comes with a complimentary transfer from airport or ferry by private van with driver, or by following van driver in rental. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this property.

A caretaker for the villa lives in a nearby separate apartment on the estate. This villa may be combined with Villas Gestalt (PRE GES) or Blackbeard's Hideaway (PRE BLA). This property requires a 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving (14 nights during the Christmas and New Year holidays), a $1,000 refundable security deposit.

Villa Steele Point, or PRE STE, comes with house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
