Villa High Trees, also known as BS TRE, is a 4-bedroom villa located on Gibbs Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from restaurants and shopping. Situated at the end of a shady semi-circular driveway, this recently renovated villa features traditional terrazzo floors and warm muted décor with touches of color.

Located at the center is the entry foyer, which serves as the inside sitting area. Wide French doors lead onto the covered patio, which has an outdoor dining area. The airy kitchen is located to the left of the foyer, and has French doors leading onto the outdoor terrace.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (1 connecting). The master bedroom features a “wet room” in its ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. The second and third bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck and connect via the bathroom (ideal for children). The fourth bedroom is located to the left of the entry foyer.

A large wooden deck with lounge chairs surrounds the pool. A pathway leads from the patio through the lovely gardens to a second deck area at the beach edge. The beach deck features a small gazebo and an outdoor dining area behind a low sea wall. Two gates offer direct access to the beach. This villa also comes with a barbecue, cable TV, a fax machine, and WiFi.

Villa includes one free boat cruising on Bajan Girl.

Villa High Trees, or BS TRE, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
