Villa Ultimacy, also known as RIC ULT, is an 8-bedroom villa located in Shoal Bay East within minutes of the beach. This oceanfront villa overlooking the beach offers many secluded spots for quiet conversation, reflection, and meditation to the sound of surf against the rocks.

The interior is luxurious and spacious. The stunning formal lounge, named “The Retreat,” offers commanding ocean views. The inviting recreation room, called “The Snug,” features a traditional bar, antique jukebox, flat screen TVs, and cozy décor. A total of 3 kitchens are available to prepare meals to serve in the formal and casual dining areas. RIC ULT also features a well-equipped gym and private office.

The property sleeps 16 guests, with extra beds available upon request. All 8 bedrooms are elegantly furnished. Three bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, while 3 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms offer twin beds in each room. The unique pool suite features a main living area with expansive ocean views, a galley kitchen, dining area, and second bedroom with twin beds.

A spectacular deck surrounds the swimming pool, which is adjacent to the pool house with indoor and outdoor living areas. A platform at sea level provides access to swimming and snorkeling areas, while tiled walkways lead to a protected national marine park at the property’s edge.

This fully-air-conditioned villa also comes with a barbecue, a crib, computer, iPod docking stations, Internet access, WiFi, snorkeling gear, and an 8-passenger vehicle. This property is an ideal venue for a wedding, party, or corporate retreat.

Villa Ultimacy, or RIC ULT, comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
