This lovely beachfront villa has had fantastic new additions & upgrades completed in January 2020.

New games room including pool table, poker table ,table tennis, darts and electronic games, audio video area which houses state of the art video, TV and audio systems.

Brand new gym & hot tub, new BBQ & seating area with outside dining options, 4 brand new contemporary bathrooms, extensive new furnishings throughout.

The interior is brightly furnished and cheerful. French doors open wide to the sea view. The formal indoor dining room comfortably seats up to 10 guests.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have flat screen TVs. Three bedrooms have closet safes for securing valuables. Four bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. The downstairs bedroom is handicap accessible and furnished with 2 queen-size beds. One bedroom adjoins an air-conditioned study with a computer.

A deck with loungers and a bar surrounds the pool. The large lawn is trimmed in colorful hibiscus, bougainvillea, shrimp flowers, oleander, banana trees, and stately coconut palms. The lawn serves as a playground for badminton, croquet, and volleyball, or as a spot for napping in the shaded hammock, which sways underneath a Cassia Fistula tree with yellow flowers.

Beyond the lawn is a 10,000-sq.-ft. beach, with a reef 50 feet offshore. Sea kayaks and snorkeling equipment are complimentary. This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with cable TV, an iPod docking station, indoor and outdoor sound system, and WiFi. A tennis court is located nearby.

Villa Sweet Spot on the Beach, or VL SWB, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
