Villa Bougainvillea at the Tryall Club, also known as VL BTC, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay within minutes of the beach and shopping. This stylish, Georgian-style house on 3 acres offers 8,000 sq.

Located in the center are a living room and family room with a flat screen TV and home theater. The long furnished veranda enjoys a spectacular view. The modern kitchen is situated near an outdoor dining area on the veranda. The indoor dining room features a gleaming custom-made mahogany table, which seats 12 guests.

Each master suite has a king-size bed or twin beds, an ensuite marble bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, and a furnished porch with an ocean view. The large, fifth bedroom has 2 double beds, a daybed, a sleep sofa, an ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, and a flat screen TV.

A deck with loungers surrounds the large heated pool and smaller kiddie pool. This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with an iPod docking station, WiFi, and 2 golf carts. A helipad is located nearby. The Tryall Club requires guests become temporary members during their stay. Members receive access to shared club facilities, which includes a private beach, tennis courts, gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, and more.

Villa Bougainvillea at the Tryall Club, or VL BTC, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

* Note - All villas within the Tryall Club require 15% tax and service. The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of $130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 yrs and over, or $26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Plan to pay your temporary membership fues locally at the front desk in the Great House when you register. Membership includes complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, new Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
