Villa Point of View, also known as VL POV, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay within minutes of the beach and shopping. Located on the highest point of the renowned Tryall Club, this villa enjoys a sweeping view of the mountain, the 18-hole championship golf course, and ocean beyond.

This home was closed for 2 years for an all-over renovation. The new interior features 18th and 19th century colonial furnishings, including Chippendale, Queen Anne, and Regency pieces. The natural cut stone floors were custom etched, while gleaming wide-plank mahogany floors adorn the bedrooms. Meals are served on Limoges, Villeroy & Boch, and Lynn Chase tableware with fine silver, crystal, and linens.

All bedrooms have remote control air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and safes. The bedrooms open through louvered French doors to the long veranda with dining and sitting areas and the sun-drenched, heated saltwater pool beyond. Two bedrooms have 4-poster king-size beds, while 2 bedrooms have 4-poster queen-size beds. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds.

The grounds are a paradise for bird watchers with its wild parrots, redheaded woodpeckers, and John Crows. Colorful lovebirds, finches, white doves, and beautiful Amazon green and African red-tailed grey parrots reside in a caged sanctuary on the grounds. A turtle also resides in the fountain. Emerald green Zoysia grass covers the wide lawns.

An amazing 17 species of palms adorn the grounds. The palms include Royal, Washingtona, Solitaire, Phoenix Robelenii, Christmas, Cycad, Zima Foxtail, Chamadorea, a beautiful Bismarck Giant Fan Palm, and more. Other artistically placed blooms are the Frangipani, Datura, and gorgeous ginger lilies. The Lantana frequently attracts butterflies.

This villa, which is wheelchair accessible, also comes with cable TV, a helipad, an iPod docking station, sea kayak, spa, 4 golf carts, and WiFi. A well-equipped gym and golf course are located nearby.

VillaPoint of View, or VL POV, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

* Note - All villas within the Tryall Club require 15% tax and service. The Tryall Club requires all guests to become members during their stay via a temporary membership fee of $130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 yrs and over, or $26 (plus 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Plan to pay your temporary membership fues locally at the front desk in the Great House when you register. Membership includes complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, new Usain Bolt Games Room for kids, teens & adults, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
