Villa Oceane, also known as PIE OCE, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa enjoys panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets.

The spacious living room with sink-into couches opens to a covered terrace with a bright yellow cushioned lounge area next to the pool. The covered terrace also houses a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.

The living room shares its space with a small dining area and leads to a second living area with striped couches and shelves lined with books. The colorfully tiled, well-equipped kitchen has a pass-through window to the pool deck.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a ceiling fan, screens, and ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom has twin beds (ideal for children), while the other 3 bedrooms have king-size beds.

An extensive terrace with loungers surrounds the large pool, which has a built-in table at the shallow end. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, this non-smoking property also comes with an electronic security gate, gas grill, satellite TV, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required.

Villa Oceane, or PIE OCE, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
