Villa Armonia, also known as BRV ARM, is a 5-bedroom villa on the Maremma Coast, located just 5 kilometers from the Aurelia highway. While the coast is ideal for boat trips, the Capalbio area, renowned for its remarkable wines, is just a short drive away. Tastings are available at nearby vineyards and wineries.

Surrounded by olive gardens and vineyards, this villa lies deep in the green hills of southwest Tuscany within a 10-minute drive of the beach. This luxury 3-story villa is beautifully restored and boasts magnificent open views of the Tuscan landscape. The open, upstairs sitting room features a central fireplace and a home video system with Dolby surround sound.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned. The ground floor houses 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and access to the patio. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are ideal for children and share a bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. Separate staff quarters on the lower floor, including a kitchen, living area, and double bedroom, are available upon request.

Villa BRV ARM boasts 2 swimming pools, including an indoor heated pool and an outdoor saltwater infinity pool, making this an idyllic wellness retreat for off-season. The billiards table, professional foosball table, ping-pong table, and archery equipment offer ample areas for entertainment. Bikes are also available for exploring the countryside.

Whether a wedding, a corporate event, or personal celebration, Villa BRV ARM can host events for up to 100 people. This villa also comes with a barbecue, a crib and highchair, an outdoor shower, iPod docking stations, satellite TV with Sky cable, and WiFi.

Villa Armonia, or BRV ARM, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.

* Please note - Food allowance €500 to be paid cash on arrival. Use of indoor pool €1,500/wk, including heating and daily cleaning (mid-day), except Sun – please note the indoor pool is only available from Oct - May and the usage should be requested at least 2 wks before arrival.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
