Villa Jus’ Paradise, also known as VL JUS, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Montego Bay within minutes of restaurants and shopping. This 3-level villa in the lush hills of Rose Hall sits between 2 renowned golf courses.

From the central great room, doors open wide to a furnished balcony. Dining areas are located on the open-air balcony and in the great room, which has 3 window walls that open to allow ocean breezes. The granite and stainless steel kitchen has state-of-the-art equipment. The bright, air-conditioned office has a laptop, printer, fax machine, and copier.

Also on the main level is the large master bedroom, which has a glamorous ensuite bathroom. The mahogany staircase ascends to 2 more bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. These bedrooms have king-size beds, and are suitable for couples or a family of 4. An additional twin-size bed can accommodate a fifth guest.

From the main level lawn, steps lead down to the lower level, a barbecue, soft lawns, and the long, sun-drenched symmetrical pool enveloped in lush gardens. The pool terrace opens into a spacious mirrored gym, kitchenette, and full bathroom with a double shower, sauna, and steam room. This villa also comes with a generator, Direct TV, and WiFi.

Villa Jus’ Paradise, or VL JUS, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
