Villa Zenaida, also known as AXA ZEN, is a 7-bedroom villa located in Sandy Hill. This estate is nestled on 3 acres of lush tropical gardens, where a 17th century Dutch fort once stood.

The villa is graced with a cooling breeze and enjoys sweeping views of the sea and mountains. This splendid estate boasts a separate grand pavilion with double height ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, and wraparound terrace for dining, entertainment, and large gatherings. The estate has 2 spacious living areas and kitchens (1 in the main house and 1 in the guesthouse).

Each air-conditioned bedroom has screens and an ensuite bathroom. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, while 3 bedrooms are situated in the guesthouse. The seventh bedroom is located in a separate cottage. Four bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. The remaining 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds.

A deck with Rattan furnishings and a covered wet bar frame the vanishing edge pool and hot tub. The well-equipped gym doubles as a private massage room. A private Har-Tru soft tennis court with lights and equipment is located on the grounds. Stairs descend directly to the beach.

An organic vegetable and herb garden provides fresh seasonal produce. A continental breakfast is served daily. This villa also comes with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a computer, cable TV, a fax machine, an iPod sound system, and WiFi. This rental requires a marketing levy of $1 per person, per night.

Villa Zenaida, or AXA ZEN, comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
