Villa MEX OCC also referred to as Occidental, is one of the exclusive Four Seasons Private Villas located within the acclaimed Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. Comprised of various enclaves that 'stair step' down a hillside, the Four Seasons Private Villa community occupies a lushly landscaped setting specifically selected to take advantage of the nearly panoramic ocean views out to the Pacific Ocean. Guests of villa MEX OCC enjoy access to the perfected services and amenities of the Four Seasons Resort including the pool and beach areas, the Apuane Spa, Kids' Club, the resort's four restaurants, including Bahía and Aramara, and the collection of shops at The Boutiques.

The villa is within a five-minute stroll or short shuttle ride, to the Four Seasons Resort and its amenities, and a five-minute shuttle ride to either the Punta Mita Tennis Center or Punta Mita Golf Club – with its two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Both facilities are managed by Four Seasons. Entry to the Four Seasons Private Villas community is though a 24-hour staffed gate, so visitors are always announced.
