Villa Adorna, also known as BRV ADO, is a 10-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located only a 25-minute drive from Florence and 5 minutes from the village of Matassino. This 2-level villa with a countryside view combines traditional 14th-century construction with exquisite décor and modern amenities.

The spacious ground floor is beautifully finished with ceramic tile floors, beamed ceilings, rich fabrics, and heirloom art. The open-plan living room has a decorative fireplace, large windows, and French doors that open onto a terrace with stunning panoramic views. Meals prepared in the separate eat-in kitchen with a hearth can be served in the large formal dining room, which can accommodate up to 12 guests.

There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa with air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds and 3 additional bedrooms in the Annex with air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds. In addition there's is a charming library (perfect for book lovers), which can be used as an office. An annex offers 2 additional bedrooms, a living area, and well-equipped kitchen for an additional cost.

The large terrace and professionally manicured lawn overlooks the surrounding Tuscan landscape. The gazebo offers an ideal setting for outdoor dining. Bordered by 400-year-old trees, a terrace with plush loungers, a table with an umbrella, and chairs surrounds the swimming pool. This villa also comes with satellite TV in the living area and WiFi.

Villa Adorna, or BRV ADO, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.

* Note - the 3-bedroom annex of this villa, when not included in the rental, may be rented out separately. No outdoor common areas are shared between the main villa and the annex, so the privacy of the guests renting the main villa only is always guaranteed.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
