Villa Del Mar, also known as PIE DLM, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Anse Marcel within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This fully air-conditioned villa enjoys commanding views over the bay and marina.

The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and opens to an extensive terrace with a large pool and lounge area facing the spectacular view. The living area shares its space with an indoor dining area. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar.

Each spacious bedroom has an ensuite designer bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. Three bedrooms have a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. One bedroom features additional built-in double bunk beds, which is ideal for children.

A deck with loungers, chairs, and umbrellas surrounds the pool. This house also has an automatic generator, gated entry, gas grill, satellite TV, and WiFi. A security deposit of $1,000 is required.

Villa Del Mar, or PIE DLM, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

We had a very enjoyable time in St. Martin. The villa was nice and clean with quite a bit of vegetation all around it. It was great being located on the beach, we enjoyed it every day. There are some places to enter and exit the water easily at the end. The location was good and staff was personable and very willing to help. The cleaning staff did a great job. Our internet went out once and they were prompt in fixing it. We were pleased with the groceries too, a wonderful convenience!
