Villa Cascades, also known as PIE CAS, is a 6-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa overlooks Plum Bay and features an extensive 2-level terrace, providing ample lounge space.

The generous and airy interior spaces include a spacious living room with a TV area and dining area, which extends directly onto the terrace with western views over the Caribbean. Located outside the well-equipped, modern kitchen is a gas grill, which is ideal for barbecuing on the terrace.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, ceiling fan, and satellite TV. Five bedrooms have king-size beds, while the remaining bedroom has twin beds.

A large, well-equipped exercise room is located on the lower level. A deck with loungers frames the upper pool, which cascades into a second pool. This non-smoking villa also comes with a gated entry, WiFi, a ping-pong table, a billiards table, and tennis courts. This villa requires a $1,000 security deposit.

Villa Cascades, or PIE CAS, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

We had a very enjoyable time in St. Martin. The villa was nice and clean with quite a bit of vegetation all around it. It was great being located on the beach, we enjoyed it every day. There are some places to enter and exit the water easily at the end. The location was good and staff was personable and very willing to help. The cleaning staff did a great job. Our internet went out once and they were prompt in fixing it. We were pleased with the groceries too, a wonderful convenience!
