Set on the sands of Long Bay Beach, Villa Santosha Estate is one of Anguilla’s most secluded and luxurious properties. There’s also convenient access to the CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa and some of the top restaurants in the West End, such as Julians, Ocean Echo, and Jacala.

Weddings and corporate events are also welcome at Santosha Estate. This beachfront property can be combined with the neighboring Long Bay Villas Estate, featuring a trio of 5 and 6-bedroom villas called Sand Villa, Sea Villa, and Sky Villa. Combined, the two properties sleep up to 56 with room on and off the beach for hundreds of event guests.

Living Spaces: Spread over the main villa and several guesthouses, you’ll love the superb mix of privacy and open-plan living spaces at Santosha Villa Estate. Paths cut through the gardens, connecting the different buildings with the oasis of outdoor living spaces.

The main villa acts as the gathering point of this beachfront property, with a spacious living room surrounded by glass doors. Comfortable sofas offer luxurious spots to kick back and unwind, gazing out at the ocean views.

For something a bit cozier, next door is a media room and library. With deep-backed chairs in front of a flat-screen TV, it’s an ideal space for a movie night.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The commercial kitchen at Santosha Villa is in a separate building. With chef-caliber equipment, cooking here is a breeze. If you want some help in the kitchen, the concierge can order grocery delivery, and for that special occasion, a private chef can be reserved.

There’s a beachside grotto for sunset dining, while the indoor dining room is a fantastic setting for more elegant dinner parties.

By the pool is another covered dining area, this one with a bar. Whether you’re feasting on fresh Caribbean fish or enjoying a crisp salad, the island air makes a fabulous accompaniment to your meal.

Bedrooms: The main house at Villa Santosha Estate features four bedrooms, spread across the building to ensure privacy.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite. The second and third bedrooms are on the second level, and also have king-sized beds. The second bedroom features an outdoor deck with a heated Jacuzzi, while the third has an extra daybed that’s ideal for a child.

A loft bedroom upstairs is ideal for children, with two sets of bunk beds and a pair of twin beds, sleeping a total of six.

Three more bedrooms and the deluxe honeymoon suite are steps away in the guesthouses. Each of these bedrooms has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The honeymoon suite is in its own private house and has a double shower.

Outdoor Features: Paved paths wind between the swaying palms and lush tropical garden beds. Sun-dappled terraces give way to shady nooks, with ample seating everywhere whether you’re looking to relax in seclusion or come together for a cocktail hour.

A veranda wraps around the main house, with comfortable loungers making for a great way to admire the sunset. Overlooking the sparkling Caribbean and nearby St. Martin, the views are magical.

The swimming pool is an inviting place to lounge away your day. Sunbeds let you soak up the island rays, while a hot tub is an ideal locale to toast your island vacation.

Amenities: High-end amenities complete your stay at Santosha Villa Estate. This property also features Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, tennis and basketball court, gym, and “disappearing” flat-screen TVs. A daily continental breakfast is included in the booking price, while any other food and beverage service is at a la carte pricing.
