Guests are greeted by a bubbling fountain behind the gated driveway, while a curving stair leads you to the entrance. Once inside, you’ll fall in love with the vibrant and cool Coccoloba Beach House interior. With terracotta tiles, rustic French-style shutters, and a coast-chic décor, it oozes with tropical charm.

The rooms here are spread across several buildings, meaning that there’s ample outdoor space to soak up that sultry Caribbean weather and admire the fabulous ocean views. This is simple, self-assured beach-living in Turks and Caicos.

Living Spaces: The main living area in Coccoloba Beachfront Cottage is a comfortable sitting room, with breathtaking views towards the water. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, and chairs pop with color, adding to the vibrant blue walls and exposed white beams above.

For cozy nights, there’s also a separate living room. Plush sofas surround a TV, letting you sink in with a good movie. Like the sitting room, splashes of color like a turquoise feature wall and eye-catching artworks bring plenty of life into the room.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Villa Coccoloba Beach House comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A unique pass-through bar with stools is the perfect spot for a quick breakfast before ducking down to the beach.

A separate dining room seats up to 6 guests at the table, making it an excellent spot for entertaining. For those extra special occasions, our concierge service can even organize a private chef to whip up a lavish Caribbean-style feast.

Bedrooms: The two bedrooms at the Coccoloba Beach House Villa are each located in their own little bungalow, accessed from the outdoor terrace. Both come with their own TV and ensuite bathroom with an exotic outdoor shower.

The first bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed, while the second boasts a king-sized bed with an extra single twin-sized bed. The beach-theme continues in both bedrooms, with rustic blue shutters, sea-shell light fittings, and woven textures combining to enhance the coastal ambiance.

Outdoor Features: Thanks to its unique pod design, the Coccoloba Beach House makes the most of its outdoor space. An inviting pool tempts you in for a refreshing dip, while sun loungers let you bask in the island sun.

An outdoor dining area is situated next to a well-equipped wet bar, letting you enjoy tropical cocktails while admiring the rosy sunset. There’s also a gas grill, perfect for barbecuing up some freshly caught fish.

Stepping down from the deck, a sandy path leads you towards Taylor Bay Beach. With shallow and calm waters, this sweeping beach is ideal if you’ve got kids or simply want to laze your day away swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing on soft sands.

Walking for a few minutes in the other direction brings you to Chalk Sound, one of Turks and Caicos’ most beautiful natural attractions. This protected lagoon is dotted with hundreds of small islands covered in emerald green foliage, home to an abundance of rock iguanas. It’s an excellent spot to take out the villa’s sea kayak to explore this dramatic area.

Amenities: Every comfort has been catered to at this classic beach house. There’s fast Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a quality sound system. A neighborhood tennis court is located nearby.

Villa Coccoloba Beach House also comes with a mid-week house cleaning service. Please contact your villa specialist for more details.

Please note that the villa comes with unlimited electricity, but the air-conditioning (bedrooms, kitchen & living room) is metered and charged back to guests. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
