Villa Poderosa, also known as BRV PDR, is a 7-bedroom villa located in Tuscany. Set atop a hill, this unique, 2-level contemporary villa dominates the surroundings and offers dramatic panoramas of the rolling hills.

The interior features an exquisite selection of custom-made furniture and extraordinary artisanal pieces. The ample living areas are spacious and airy with a neutral color palette. Leather sofas face a cozy fireplace in one living area, while cushioned Rattan loveseats face a flat screen TV in another sitting room.

A well-stocked bookcase (ideal for readers) lines the wall next to an informal dining area with seating for 6 guests. Adjacent to the well-equipped gourmet kitchen with a large breakfast table is the formal dining room, which can accommodate up to 14 people. A covered terrace outside houses a large dining table with views of the countryside.

On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms with full size beds that share a bathroom with a shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, a generous master suite with king bed, master bathroom with tub and separate stall shower and separate walk-in closet, 2 family suites, each one with a queen bedroom and one bedroom with full size bed that shares a bathroom with shower. As well as 2 queen bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.

The unique, custom-built private wellness area features an indoor pool with a counter-current swimming system, a steam room, sauna, shower, and a well-equipped gym. These features make Villa Poderosa an ideal retreat for any time of the year. This non-smoking villa also comes with a barbecue, parking, a washer and dryer, satellite TV, and WiFi.

The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
