Villa Selenia, also known as YPI SEL, is a modern 7-bedroom villa on the Sorrento Coast in Massa Lubrense, located only a 12-minute drive from Sorrento. This 3-story property consists of 5 private suites and is immersed in a well-furnished Mediterranean garden on 3 hectares of land.

Manicured gardens and an expansive lawn adorn the grounds. A private swimming pool is set in the middle of the flower garden, which enjoys enchanting views of the island of Capri and the bay of Naples. An outdoor dining area is set in a panoramic corner of the terraced garden with a loggia and veranda.

The interior living areas are bright and spacious. Five of the suites feature furnished living areas, while 4 bedroom suites are each equipped with a kitchenette. One suite’s kitchen features glass walls, providing spectacular views.

Three bedroom suites are air-conditioned and each equipped with a satellite TV, an ensuite bathroom, and private terrace. The ground floor bedroom offers direct access to an outdoor Jacuzzi. A spiral staircase leads from a first floor bedroom to a private terrace, while a second staircase offers access to a rooftop terrace.

Patios, garden furniture, and outdoor lounge areas with sofas and couches are also found in the garden, which is illuminated at night. A path leads to steps, which descend from the main terrace to a gym near the garden. This villa also comes with a barbecue, parking, and WiFi.

Villa Selenia, or YPI SEL, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.

    The Italy trip was fantastic. The villa was something out of a dream and just gorgeous. We had more room than we could ever use. The bedrooms were all as advertised and the bathrooms all different but each had essentials and worked flawlessly. The best thing was the housekeeper who we hired to cook for us and were rewarded with each meal being better than the last. She is a gifted chef. She shared stories and kept us smiling. We even changed some trip plans to just enjoy the villa. Some of us went swimming in the pool! It was like the first swim of the summer. Thank you for the recommendation
